Israeli private investment company Barinboim Group leads acquisition of Finalto, Playtech’s financial trading division
Greenberg Traurig’s cross-border team has represented the Barinboim Group, an Israel-based private investment company, which has led a consortium of investors through a special purpose vehicle (SPV) in the signing of an agreement to buy Finalto, Playtech’s financial trading division.
The acquisition, recently reported by different media outlets, is valued at USD 210 million. In addition to Barinboim, the SPV is backed by Leumi Partners and Menora Mivtachim Insurance.
