Israeli public holding company ARKO Holdings Ltd. combines with Haymaker Acquisition Corp. II

Haymaker Acquisition Corp. II (“Haymaker”), and Israeli public holding company ARKO Holdings Ltd. (“Arko Holdings”) have completed a business combination, which sees them combine under a new company, ARKO Corp. (“ARKO”).

Arko Holdings was represented by Greenberg Traurig, LLP, whose team was led by Alan Annex, Shareholder and member of the firm’s Israel Practice member, as well as Israeli law firm, S. Friedman & Co.

The business combination was approved by Haymaker’s shareholders on December 8, 2020 and by Arko Holdings’ shareholders on November 18, 2020.
Shares of ARKO common stock and ARKO warrants will trade on NASDAQ under the symbols “ARKO” and “ARKOW.”
Haymaker is a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”).

Arko Holdings’ primary asset is a controlling stake in GPM Investments, LLC (“GPM”), a rapidly growing leader in the U.S. convenience store industry.
