Israeli Quantum Software Company Classiq Secures USD 110m Boost

Classiq, an Israeli quantum software company, raised USD 110 million in a Series C funding round, bringing its total funding to USD 173 million since 2020.

The company has developed an advanced operating system that enables organizations to build quantum applications without needing internal quantum experts. Its platform is already deployed by global leaders such as BMW, Rolls-Royce, HSBC, Deloitte, and Citi, as well as academic and government institutions.

Meitar advised on the transaction, with Adv. Shira Azran leading the deal, supported by Adv. Alon Shafrir, Adv. Yuval Arbely, and a cross-disciplinary team including Romi Levin, Ido Tamir, Boaz Mizrahi, Adi Blumenthal, Guy Unger, Hila Silverstein, Adi Rosen Cohen, Dr. Shimrit Itay-Horev, and Noam Goorhuis-Dror.
