Shapir Engineering and Shapir Living have expanded their ownership in the nationwide senior-living operator “Ad 120,” acquiring an additional 15% stake at a valuation of NIS 1.9 billion.

Shapir now holds 68% of the company, following the transaction, which reinforces Shapir’s strategic position in Israel’s growing senior-living and residential infrastructure market.

The NIS 280 million consideration was structured through bond issuances combined with a flexible future-payment mechanism allowing settlement in cash or equity.
