Israeli Startup Firmus AI Acquired by Nemetschek

Firmus AI, an Israeli-American construction technology startup, has been acquired by Germany’s Nemetschek Group, a leading global software provider for the architecture, engineering, and construction industries.

The acquisition marks Nemetschek’s continued expansion into AI-driven construction management and design solutions.

Arnon Tadmor-Levy represented Firmus AI and its founder in the transaction. The deal was led by Kobi Ben-Chitrit and David Roness, with support from Raviv Finer, Menachem M. Landau, Michael Portman, Eli Greenbaum, Miriam Friedmann, Erez Azran, and Liron Hacohen, as well as Ofir Levy and Liz Krishmarov-Chanan (tax) and Neta Goshen Brami (employment).
