Israeli startup Port IO raises USD35m in Series B financing

Israeli DevOps startup Port IO recently closed a USD 35 million Series B funding round.

Goldfarb Gross Seligman (GGS) represented several major investors, including lead investor Accel Partners, as well as Bessemer Venture Partners, a participating investor.

The GGS team representing Accel Partners included Michael Heller, Gal Barak, Aviv Toby, and Gal Dayan-Sion from the firm’s International and Hi-Tech Department; Revital Shprung-Levy and Shani Rosenfeld Levy from Labor and Corporate Immigration Department; and Evan Schendler Scheidler and Yarden Ravivo from the Tax Department—as well as Amir Raz and Gavriel Maimon, who represented Bessemer Venture Partners.
