Israeli Water Company Mekorot Advances Sabha D Desalination Project

Mekorot has moved forward with the Sabha D desalination plant in Eilat, completing a two-stage tender process and signing a Design-Build contract with BlueGen, a subsidiary of Generation Capital.
The NIS 425 million project will expand production capacity by 20 million cubic meters per year, strengthening water supply to Israel’s southern region.
ERM advised throughout the process, drafting tender documents, guiding the tender committee, and preparing the final Design-Build agreement with the selected contractor.
