Cyren, an Israeli provider of email security and threat intelligence solutions, has completed a USD 10.2 million private placement at a Premium to Market.
With offices in the US and Europe in addition to Israel, Cyren is offers cloud-based cybersecurity solutions to protect businesses and organizations of all sizes.
