Israel’s Elbit Secures USD 500m on Nasdaq Offering
Elbit Systems Ltd., the leading Israeli defense and aerospace company, completed a USD 500 million underwritten public offering of ordinary shares on Nasdaq.
The transaction enhances Elbit’s financial flexibility to support its global operations and long-term growth strategy. Bank of America Securities, J.P. Morgan, Jefferies, and Morgan Stanley served as joint book-running managers.
