Israel’s Silynxcom Launches Public Offering

Silynxcom Ltd., an Israeli company specializing in rugged tactical communication headsets and accessories, has priced a public offering of ordinary shares on the NYSE.

ThinkEquity LLC acted as the underwriter for the transaction.

A cross-office legal team from Greenberg Traurig, spanning Tel Aviv and Florida, advised ThinkEquity. The deal was led by shareholders David Huberman and Win Rutherfurd, with assistance from associates Blanca Alcaraz Serrano and Spencer Cercone.
