Israel’s Via Transportation Completes USD 493M IPO

Via Transportation, Inc., an Israeli-founded global provider of technology solutions for public transit networks, completed its initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange, raising USD 493 million.
The company develops technology for public transit agencies and cities, offering software, data analytics, demand-responsive ride sharing, routing, and operational tools used in more than 30 countries.
The listing strengthens Via’s position as a leading innovator in the mobility sector and highlights the growing international footprint of Israeli tech companies on Wall Street.
