JFrog buys Israeli AI start-up Qwak for USD230m

NASDAQ listed JFrog is buying Israeli start-up Qwak for USD230 million in an all-Israeli deal in the field of AI.
With the acquisition, JFrog, which is traded on Nasdaq with a market cap of USD3.6 billion, aims to offer a unified and scalable solution for DevOps, Security, and MLOps stakeholders, enhancing its machine learning (ML) model capabilities and enabling users to streamline models from development to deployment.
Meitar advised JFrog. Goldfarb Gross Seligman advised the lead investors – which included Bessemer, Stage One, Leaders Fund and Amiti – in the transaction, led by partners Amir Raz and Yoni Henner of the firm’s International and Hi-Tech Department.
