Keystone Dental Holdings and Check-Cap Ltd. to merge
Check-Cap Ltd., an Israeli clinical stage medical diagnostics company listed on Nasdaq, is to merge with Keystone Dental Holdings, Inc., a leading dental implant company.
If completed, the business combination will create a public company focused on advancing Keystone’s comprehensive portfolio of implants, arches and other tooth replacement solutions comprised of restoration products, prosthetic solutions, biomaterial, and digital dentistry capabilities.
Greenberg Traurig advised Check-Cap, led by GT Tel Aviv shareholder Gary Emmanuel, together with New York shareholders Mark Selinger, Adam Namoury and Eyal Peled, with the assistance of New York attorneys Ricardo Crispim Leite and Yoojin Lee, and Tel Aviv attorneys Michael Soumas and Igal Rojzman.
