Kfar Aza’s Kafrit Group acquires Canada’s Absa Resin Technologies Inc.

Managed out of Kfar Aza, southern Israel, the Kafrit Group has bought the entire holdings of Absa Resin Technologies Inc., a Canadian company specializing in the production and sale of mixtures for the plastics industry using recycled material.
Shibolet advised the Kafrit Group is a worldwide leader engaged in production and marketing of concentrates and mixtures for the plastics industry. The team was fronted by Itay Kellner, Tom Small and Ori Haubenstock.
Kafrit Industries Ltd was established in 1973 in Kibbutz Kfar Aza, Israel.
