Kratos Acquires Israel’s Orbit for USD356m
Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTOS) has signed a merger agreement to acquire Orbit Communications Systems Ltd. (TASE: ORBI), an Israeli provider of advanced defense communications solutions, in a transaction valued at USD 356 million.
The acquisition represents a landmark cross-border deal involving a publicly traded Israeli defense company, multiple subsidiaries, and complex regulatory and classified security approvals across Israel and the U.S.
