Founded in 2015, Israeli digital insurance company, Lemonade has issued a second offering of its shares on the NYSE, totaling approximately USD 800 million.

The second offering follows a 532% increase in the share price since July 2020 and the company now trades at over USD 10 Billion.

As part of this public offering, Lemonade offered 3.3 million new shares for a total of USD 544.5 million and several existing stockholders registered and sold part of their holdings in exchange for USD 251.5 million.

Advs. Daniel Chinn and Saar Binyamin, partners at AYR – Amar Reiter Jeanne Shochatovitch & Co., together with associates Hila Faber and Ohad Bagad, assisted Lemonade in this new offering. In the U.S., Lemonade was represented by Latham & Watkins, LLP.

The underwriters were represented by White & Case LLP and Simpson Thatcher & Bartlett LLP. The underwriters in the offering are Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Allen & Company and Barclays.
