Lenovo’s first Israeli acquisition: Israeli storage startup Infinidat
Chinese tech giant, Lenovo has announced the acquisition of Infinidat, a prominent Israeli enterprise storage startup known for its innovative data storage solutions catering to large organisations.
This marks Lenovo’s first significant acquisition in Israel, underscoring its commitment to expanding its technological capabilities and innovation footprint.
The deal, reportedly worth hundreds of millions of USD, was supported by a dedicated legal team. Arnon, Tadmor-Levy provided legal counsel, with contributions from Kobi Ben-Chitrit, Nataly Margalit, Josh Hauser (Corporate); Eli Greenbaum and Miriam Friedmann (IP and Innovation Authority); Ofir Levy and Ofir Paz (Tax), among others.
