Leonardo DRS Inc., a leading defense technology innovator, has completed its dual listing on Nasdaq and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, following its successful merger with RADA Electronic Industries Ltd.

Leonardo DRS, Inc., headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, develops and manufactures advanced defense products for the U.S. military, intelligence agencies and allies around the world.

Herzog advised DRS, led by partners Nir Dash, Ran Hai, Michal Herzfeld, Dr. Yuval Navot, Dr. Ehab Farah, Shachar Porat, together with associates Michal Gladstein, Ofri Mor, Dvir Uziel, and intern Maya Mazaltov.
