Level Access buys UserWay for USD 98m

Level Access of the U.S. has bought UserWay, an Israeli pioneer in the field of AI-based digital accessibility.

Together, Level Access and UserWay will create advanced digital accessibility solutions to help more organizations to start, and accelerate, sustainable digital accessibility programs.

Expected to close in early 2024, this milestone transaction shows that global private equity funds are continuing to invest in Israeli companies, which is an indication of the resilience of the Israeli economy and the strength of Israeli innovation.

Latham & Watkins are acting as lead counsel to the U.S. global investment firm, KKR, a lead investor, with Herzog also advising KKR – aacross the Corporate & Securities, Labor & Employment, Tax, IP, International Public Law, and other departments of the firm.
