Liquid Telecom acquires Telrad Networks In a NIS 200 million transaction

TASE-listed telecoms company, Telrad Networks has been bought by Liquid Telecom, a pan-African group operating in the fields of communications and technology, for a total of approximately NIS 200 million.
The transaction will take place in the form of a reverse triangular merger resulting in the delisting of Telrad’s shares from the TASE.
Telrad Networks was represented by Gornitzky & Co and partners Chaim Friedland, Yair Shiloni and Ari Fried, together with associate May Dahan Estrin, Josh Cohn and Koral Zellinger-Rushinek. Partner Dr. Assaf Prussak and Senior Associate Nir Moses advised on the tax aspects.
