Meitav Investment will acquire Ayalon’s holdings for NIS 120 million

Ayalon Insurance Company Ltd. has signed an agreement to sell its 20% holdings in Meitav Dash Provident and Pension Company to Meitav Securities and Investments Ltd. for NIS 120 million.
Ayalon Insurance Company Ltd was represented by EBN and partners Doni Toledano and Jonathan Achiron, along with attorney Shani Even-Zahav from the firm’s M&A department.
Once the transaction is completed, Meitav Securities and Investments will hold 100% of the share capital of Meitav Dash Provident and Pension.
