Menlo Security Acquires Votiro

Menlo Security, a US-based leader in Secure Enterprise Browsers, has acquired Votiro, an Israeli cybersecurity company specialising in Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) technology. The transaction, executed across three continents within a tight timeframe, required precise coordination and legal expertise.
Herzog advised the buyer, led by Alon Lederman, Dr. Ehab Farah, Efrat Kesler Kadmon, Tomer Amsalem, Roni Zis, and Jonathan Ludwig. Goodwin Proctor also supported on the deal.
Barnea and Arnold Bloch Leibler advised the target, Votiro.
