Migdal Insurance and the Bank of Jerusalem sign landmark agreement in mortgage sector

A huge deal was signed between the Bank of Jerusalem and Migdal Insurance and Financial Ltd., as a result of which the two companies will cooperate in providing housing loans totaling NIS 1.8 billion.
Meitar advised the Bank of Jerusalem, which will be responsible for operating and managing the joint portfolios of mortgage borrowers. This cooperation will help Migdal expand and deepen its activity in the mortgage field, and will enable Bank of Jerusalem to continue to grow and expand in the mortgage field.
