Two years after launching its operations, MIMUN YASHIR’s mortgage company has completed a NIS 300 million debenture offering.
These bonds are backed by mortgage portfolio collateral and are aimed at fueling further expansion of the company’s mortgage portfolio. By diversifying its funding channels through this bond offering, the company seeks to bolster its financial standing.
