Minrav completes NIS360m IPO

Minrav Group Ltd. has completed its public share offering, generating total demand of approximately NIS 650 million and raising NIS 360 million at a valuation of around NIS 1.56 billion.

S. Horowitz & Co. advised the company on the transaction, with partner Amir Assali and associate Ora Cohen Shabtay leading the mandate.
