MLead consortium wins the tender for planning and managing metro lines

Three different groups won the tender for the management and planning of the metro lines at an estimated cost of NIS 7-8 billion.

Minister of Transportation Miri Regev added: “The great response to the tender, which was approached by leading infrastructure, transportation and finance entities from Israel and the world, testifies to the strength and stability of the State of Israel.”

The scope of the contract is estimated at billions of shekels over a period of more than ten years, undoubtedly one of the largest projects established in Israel, even on an international scale.

MLead, a consortium comprising Israeli company, INProject Davelman Perzlina, France’s Artelia SAS, and Israel’s Mahod Engineering, won the tender. S. Horowitz & Co.

represented the winning consortium, notably partners Lior Mimon and Adi Hoffman, together with Adv. Atalya Shitrit and Lior Pollak.

As Israel’s largest and most expensive infrastructure project, the metro line network will comprise 150 km of underground double tracks and 300 km of tunnels and over 100 stations, spread over the land of 24 local authorities.
