My Size has carried out a registered direct offering and a private placement, concurrently.
Greenberg Traurig represented My Size, which is an Israeli provider of omnichannel e-commerce platform and provider of AI-driven measurement solutions.
The transaction was led by GT Tel Aviv Shareholder Gary Emmanuel, together with New York Shareholder and Israel Practice member Eyal Peled, with support from attorneys Igal Rojzman, Michael Soumas (Tel Aviv); Macy Nix and Win Rutherfurd (Miami); and Maryana Curci (Fort Lauderdale).
