Naschitz Brandes Amir announced the completion of its merger with Lamay Sider Rahat Tsiddon Fink effective December 31, 2021.
The combination will expand the firm’s collective capabilities in important industries, including the Agricultural Settlement sector (kibbutzim and collective settlements), Communications & Media, Information Technology, Energy & Infrastructure, Medical Cannabis, and more. Key practice areas with significant expansion will include litigation, corporate M&A, and hi-tech.
With the completion of the merger, Naschitz Brandes Amir has more than 220 lawyers and over 320 employees in total.
