Odysight.ai Joins Nasdaq with USD 21.5M Offering

Odysight.ai, an Israeli AI company specialising in predictive maintenance and condition-based monitoring solutions, began trading on Nasdaq under the symbol “ODYS” on February 11, 2025.

The company priced its public offering at USD 6.50 per share, raising USD 21.5 million to support R&D, marketing, and corporate expansion. Prior to this, the company was traded over-the-counter.

The transaction was led by Herzog’s Corporate & Securities team including Aviram Hazak, Ron Ben-Menachem, Joshua Ravitz, Zahava Moerdler and Shmuel Berzon, and by IP Partner Adar Bengom (Ortal).

acted as US counsel to Odysight.ai in the offering and Nasdaq uplisting. GT Tel Aviv Capital Markets Shareholder Gary Emmanuel led the transaction, assisted by Michael Soumas, Charlotte Osborne (GT London), and legal clerk Jack Naftalin.
