Ondas Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ONDS) has acquired Sentry CS Ltd., an Israeli company specializing in Counter-UAS and Cyber-over-RF technologies, in a deal valued at USD 225 million.
The acquisition marks a major milestone for Israel’s defense-tech ecosystem, underscoring its global leadership in advanced counter-drone and radio-frequency cyber solutions.
