As the SaaS market continues to grow exponentially, OwnBackup has acquired RevCult, a US-based company focused on providing security and governance solutions for Salesforce.
OwnBackup, an Israeli/US company is a leading provider of cloud data protection and backup system for companies using Salesforce.
Working collaboratively with FWMK, the client’s Israeli counsel, Greenberg Traurig’s multidisciplinary team included lawyers from its Tel Aviv, Chicago and Los Angeles offices.
The acquisition comes hot on the heels of it raising USD 240 million at a USD 3.35 billion valuation, and after its first two acquisitions — SaaS data management company Nimmetry and cybersecurity start-up Merlinx.
