Palo Alto Networks acquires Israel’s Dig Security.
Arnon Tadmor Levy acts for U.S. cyber giant Palo Alto Networks in the acquisition of Israeli cybersecurity company Dig Security, for estimated total of USD300-400 million.
Barry Levenfeld, Ben Sandler and Ofir Levy led the Arnon team that supported Palo Alto through the transaction that proceeded to signing despite the war.
