Pearl Cohen welcomes two new partners as expansion gathers pace
Pearl Cohen welcomes two new partners – Rozan Khater and Amir Zaarur to its Internet and Capital Markets Groups.
Rozan joins as a partner in the Internet, Cyber and Copyright Group, bringing extensive experience from over 12 years as a Senior Privacy Officer in the Global Privacy Department at PPD, a leading Clinical Contract Research Organization, and a specialist in the EU General Data Protection Regulations.
Amir joins the Capital Markets Groups as a partner, bringing clients rich experience in capital markets and securities after over a decade serving as an external legal advisor to a range of clients, as well as internal legal counsel to Menora Mivtachim. Among a number of precedential matters, he acted, for the first time in Israel, in the merger of a public Israeli biotech company with a company traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
