Pizza Hut owner Yum! Brands acquires Israeli-Australian foodtech company, Dragontail Systems
Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. With Hamburger Evron acted for Yum! Brands in the acquisition of Dragontail Systems regarding the aspects of Dragontail’s Israeli subsidiary.
Yum! Brands own over 50,000 restaurants, including Pizza Hut, KFC US and Taco Bell and has a market cap of almost USD 36 billion.
Founded by Udi Shamai and headed by Ido Levanon, Dragontail is an Australian company traded on the Australian Stock Exchange that developed a platform that uses a sophisticated algorithm that optimizes and manages the entire food preparation process from order to delivery.
