Prime Energy will supply electricity for NIS 800 million to Electra Power

Renewable energy company, Prime Energy will sell electricity to Electra Power for 15 years from facilities with a storage capacity of 375 megawatt per hour, according to a recent agreement signed between them.
Founded in 2013, Israel-listed Prime Energy is a leader in the field of renewable energy. Electra Power is part of the Elco Group, a global company active in more than 15 countries with over 20,000 employees.
Agmon with Tulchinsky advised Prime Energy in this milestone transaction in the energy sector. The transaction was led by Michael Macchia, partner in the firm’s Energy department.
