Priority Software acquires Silverbyte

Priority Software, a leading global provider of business management solutions and a portfolio company of Fortissimo Capital and TA Associates, is to buy f Silverbyte, Israel’s leading hospitality and vacation property management software.

This is Priority’s fifth acquisition in the past 15 months.

Priority Software was represented by Gornitzky and partner Yoni Raff, together with associate Josh Cohn and intern Dvir Barazani, alongside partner Avner Finkelstein and senior associate Noa Schweitzer Amar (Antitrust), senior associate Roni Sharon Aviram (Labor), associate Rebecca Genis (Privacy) and associate Anat Zehav (IP).
