Raftt Systems files NIS200m lawsuit against Wiz
Raftt Systems Ltd. has filed a NIS 200 million lawsuit in the Tel Aviv District Court against Wiz and certain former founders, alleging misappropriation of proprietary technology and breach of fiduciary duties. The claim largely centers on whether technology allegedly underlying “Wiz Code” lawfully transferred following the movement of a team from Raftt to Wiz, or whether Raftt retained ownership of that intellectual property. The lawsuit challenges whether what was presented as a team move effectively constituted an asset transfer without
proper corporate approvals or IP assignment, and seeks monetary damages as well as injunctive relief.
Epstein Rosenblum Maoz and Pearl Cohen represent the plaintiffs in the proceedings. The ERM team includes partners Amnon Epstein, Ron Abelski, Itamar Lev Eldar, and Gideon Weinbaum, with associate Yuval Rosenberg and interns Guy Mazar and Talia Sigad (Dispute Resolution & Corporate Litigation).
