Real estate company Gav-Yam has issued a new series of commercial securities on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, for a total value of NIS 300 million.
Goldfarb Gross Seligman advised Gav-Yam, with the transaction led by partner Yuval Eden and associate Renana Lev of the firm’s Capital Markets and Corporate Department.
