Representation in Continental’s Acqusition of Argos Cyber Security

Herzog Fox & Neeman successfully represented Continental, one of the biggest technology suppliers and manufacturer of car-parts and in the world (Tier1) in their acquisition of Argos Cyber Security Ltd, automotive information security manufacturer, their first in Israel. The estimated value of the transaction was US$450 million.
Continental, trading at a value of €43 billion, employs 220,000 staff and 2016 sales totalled €40 billion.
Continental were represented by Hanan Haviv, Yuval Meidar, Gal Eschet, Moshe Saado, Alon Lederman, Leora Goldstein, Liat Shaked-Katz, Keren Assaf, Shachar Porat, Michal Lavi, Gal Sasson, Anna Landau, Yuval Navot, Ehab Farah and Iris Achmon.
