Naschitz Brandes Amir represented S.AL Group, a major Israeli player selling a wide variety of plumbing, sewage and drainage systems and products, and its shareholders, in the equity sale of 70% of the shares to Israeli equity funds Kedma Capital and Sky Fund, under a company valuation of NIS 280 million. The transaction was led by corporate partners Yoni Feuchtwanger and Ido Erlich and adv. Tal Maman.
