Sale of the Waldorf-Astoria in Jerusalem

Agmon & Co., Rosenberg Hacohen & Co.’s M&A department led the sale of the Waldorf-Astoria project in Jerusalem, which our firm has guided since its inception. The luxury Waldorf-Astoria is built on the site of the historic Palace Hotel and it has established itself as a leading hotel in Israel and the entire Middle East since commencing operations in 2014. The Waldorf-Astoria project was purchased from the Reichman family of Canada for $163 million by a French hotelier who also owns the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in Versailles, among others.
