SatixFy Communications merges with Endurance Acquisition Corp. in deal worth up to USD 815 million
SatixFy Communications has announced its merger agreement with Endurance Acquisition Corp. in a transaction valued up to USD 815 million that will result in SatixFy becoming a US publicly listed company.
SatixFy is a vertically integrated fabless semiconductor chip company providing products based on in-house developed chips across the entire satellite communications value chain.
Endurance is a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company formed by an affiliate of Antarctica Capital, an international private equity firm with USD 2 billion of assets.
Davis Polk & Wardwell and Gross & Co are representing SatixFy as legal counsel. Morrison & Foerster and Meitar are representing Endurance as legal counsel. DLA Piper is acting as placement agent counsel.
