Shikun and Binui completes NIS 4.2 billion financing of Kiryat HaModi’in project

Shikun & Binui has reached financial close on another major project – the Kiryat HaModi’in project in the Negev.
The infrastructure company raised NIS 4.2 billion for one of the largest construction projects in the country’s history.
The group of financiers was led by Discount Bank and the Harel Insurance Company.
Herzog ’s Project Finance team instrumental in providing advice, led by Gilad Eshed and Danit Zion.
