Shikun & Binui Secures NIS 798 Million Green Financing

Shikun & Binui Energy, a leading Israeli renewable energy developer, on securing approximately NIS 798 million in project financing from Bank Leumi. The funds will support the development and operation of nine solar projects with integrated storage across Israel.
Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano advised Shikun & Binui on the landmark transaction, with the team comprising Uri Mandel, Yaron Cohen, Noam Koren Zimran, Oren Tal, Gwen Carmen, Yarden Dover, and Gasan Ashhab.
The transaction was one of the country’s most significant renewable energy financing deals in 2025 and one that support the country’s transition toward sustainable power generation and energy independence.
