Silynxcom Ltd. announces IPO – first Israeli IPO on NYSE in 2024

Silynx Communications, Inc. has completed the first IPO on the NYSE by an Israeli company in 2024.

Greenberg Traurig represented ThinkEquity LLC as sole book-running manager for the offering, with the transaction led by Tel Aviv shareholder

David Huberman, with the assistance of Miami-based Win Rutherfurd, Tel Aviv attorney Devora Snyder-Shefer and NewYork’s Anahita Mohtasham-Gharagozloo.

Sullivan served as issuer’s counsel to Silynxcom.

Silynx is an Israel-based manufacturer and developer of ruggedized tactical communication headset devices that provide crystal clear communications and advanced hearing protection for elite military and law enforcement teams as well as industrial professionals.
