Sky Fund Acquires Majority of A.L. Electronics for NIS450m

Israeli engineering and manufacturing firm A.L. Electronics, a key supplier of advanced electronic assemblies to the defense, medical, telecom, and industrial sectors, has sold a 70% stake to Sky Fund, a prominent Israeli private equity firm, in a transaction valued at approximately NIS 450 million.

Founded in 1983, A.L. employs around 400 staff and serves both local and international clients with high-specification assembly solutions.

The strategic acquisition positions A.L. Electronics for growth across new markets and deeper global reach. The deal strengthens Sky Fund’s industrial technology portfolio and supports A.L.’s expansion efforts through capital infusion and strategic guidance.

Erdinast Ben Nathan Toledano acted for A.L. Electronics, with the deal led by Lior Oren, Eyal Wiesel, Daphna Shalev Korenblit, Shani Tal Even Zahav and Assaf Meltz.
