South Korean leisure and hospitality company Yanolja buys Israel’s Go Global Travel from AMI
South Korea’s largest travel-booking company Yanolja Co. is to acquire Israeli technology provider Go Global Travel, a company that provides B2B technology and services for travel businesses and travel agents.
The acquisition will make Yanolja one of the world’s largest travel solution platforms.
Herzog represented the AMI Opportunities Fund in the sale, with the transaction led by co-head of Corporate and Securities department, Ran Hai and M&A partner Asaf Nahum and Corporate department associates Dvir Uziel and Dana Qaq with the assistance of partners Amir Cooper (tax), Karen Elburg (IP), Shachar Porat (employees benefits), Ruly Ber (regulatory), Maayan Hammer-Tzeelon (employment) and Ohad Elkeslassy (privacy).
Yanolja Co. was represented in the deal by Watson Farley & Williams law firm and Jacob Enoch, David Ya’acobi and Ahmad Diab from Firon.
