Successful Representation of Haifa Port in a Precedential Case

Our Firm successfully represented Haifa Port before the National Labor Court, in a lawsuit relating to management’s ability to determine preconditions for employment. The case alleged that the Port’s management cannot determine that one of the preconditions for the employment of a foreman is a certain grade on assessment tests. The court rejected the employee’s argument and that these assessment tests are an integral part of the conditions for hiring personnel.
