Super – Pharm, the largest and leading drugstore chain in Israel, acquired 50% of Hy Laboratories Ltd. Through this transaction, Super Pharm enters the evolving field of biotech.

Hy Laboratories is a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of tools for detection and identification of microorganisms and molecular biology products.

Yigal Arnon-Tadmor Levy Partner Micki Shapira, assisted by Michael Horowitz and Moshe Pasker, represented Super-Pharm in this transaction.
