Sweden’s Evolution Gaming Group buys Amsterdam based Arcadia Gaming Solutions

Sweden’s Evolution Gaming Group confirmed plans to buy Amsterdam-based iGaming technology firm Arcadia Gaming Solutions (AGS). The deal, subject to final conditions, is expected to close by year-end 2024.

Evolution will pay an upfront cash sum of €2.5 million, followed by an additional performance-based earn-out in 2027.

Founded in 2019 and managed by Arion Labs, AGS is known for innovative games like Fortune Pusher, merging classic arcade experiences with real-time online interaction.

Herzog partners Itai Sarfaty, Adina Shapiro, Dr. Ehab Farah, Daniel Lipman Lowbeer, Karen Elburg, Nir Gal, Dan Shalev and Shachar Porat advised on the deal.
